Vehicle Service

This Service provides the tools for applications that manage Vehicles.

Vehicles

Vehicles are first-class objects that, at a minimum, have a name, parent account, and a status. Additional custom-fields can be added to support the specific needs of your application.

GarageCraft's Service Linking gives you the flexibility to link Vehicles to other Service Objects in the system to match your institution's hierarchy. For instance, some institutions organize vehicles as the primary object with drivers dependents thereof, while other institutions organize the driver as the primary object with the vehicle as the xb dependent.

The detail view will show base fields, custom fields, and all linked objects. Linked objects may include AVI Tags, Permits, Photos, Violations, and the like.

Reports

The Vehicle Service supports our standard List Report system for generating ad hoc reports. Reports can be designed to display all or some of the Vehicle custom fields.
